How are Dunlop Tyres related to the rest of the Dunlop brand
The Dunlop brand heritage commenced with pneumatic tyre invention in 1888, more than 120 years ago, by John Boyd Dunlop. With a long list of continuous success, the Brand later spread from tyres, to a different variety of other products among which we find sporting goods, clothing, bedding as well as some industrial products.Over a long period of time, most of these have now become separate businesses and only share the famous Dunlop name and logo of the "flying D" under diverse ownership.
